Maintenance tips for ongoing performance

Caring for your ice bath is simple, but regular attention ensures longevity, performance, and the best experience every time you step in.

Weekly Cleaning Routine

Wipe down the internal surfaces with a soft cloth and gentle, non-abrasive cleaner. This helps prevent build-up from body oils, sweat, and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the filtration system.

Water Care & Filtration

Maintain clean water by ensuring your ozone and UV filtration systems are functioning correctly. Check water clarity regularly, replacing the water every 2–4 weeks depending on usage. Using a spa-safe sanitiser can extend water life.

pH & Chemical Balance

Monitor water pH weekly using test strips. Your target range is between 7.2 and 7.6. If the water is too acidic or alkaline, it can affect skin comfort and damage internal components.

Temperature Monitoring

The built-in heat pump regulates temperatures from 3°C to 40°C. For regular cold therapy, set your preferred temperature and allow the system to self-regulate. Always return the temperature to your regular setting after cleaning or draining.

Cover Protection

Always use the insulated hard cover when your ice bath is not in use. This reduces energy use, maintains a stable temperature, and keeps out leaves, insects, or dust.

Seasonal Care

If installing outdoors, ensure the unit is shaded and protected from extreme weather. If not in use for an extended period, drain the unit fully, wipe it down, and disconnect from power to prolong component lifespan.
